Accommodations

Our doors are open to all visitors. When checking don't forget to provide your passport or one of the following documents : - birth certificate (for children up to 14 years) - ID card or military card (for servicemen) - the civil passport, entry visa and migration card (for foreign citizens) .

Booking cancellation In case of refusal from the paid rooms for the first hour from the time of settlement, we will return money in full if the guest used the room. To do this you must provide a signed by guest and administrator the original receipt for the payment. In case of refusal from the paid room within one hour from the time of settlement, the refund for the first night stay is not possible.
Children Hotel accommodation of children under 7 years (family accommodation) without giving the child a separate bed is free of charge. If you need additional bed for a child, you will be charged according to the tariffs in the service of reception and accommodation. For children 7 – 12 years pay 50% of the room rate.
Pets Pets possible with additional payment. The rooms of all categories are allowed cats, small  dogs. In the room "Business" large dogs are allowed.
Guests in the room Allguests of the hotel should have the document proving the identity. The delay in the room after 23 hours, register at reception and pay a day rate.

Terms & Conditions

The reservation is considered confirmed after receipt by the guest a unique number of your reservation. If the reservation is not guaranteed by the company or by credit card, your reservation is guaranteed until 24:00 on the arrival day and after will be cancelled.
